There used to be a two-hour show on the cable public access channel in Lexington, a show which was nothing but clips and trailers from Bollywood movies. It came on in the middle of Saturday afternoon, and I watched it almost every week–exhausted, slouched on the couch with a six pack of beer, after cooking brunch for 150-200 people. It was the craziest pastiche of film genres you can imagine–unless of course, you’ve actually seen these movies yourself. But this video tops anything I’ve ever seen, and even achieves a kind of Monty Python-esque grandeur along the way.
